I added your selections, working from top to bottom of your post, and was able to include Vancouver (Series) -320 (12.8 units to win 4 units), Tampa Bay (Series) +250 (4 units to win 10 units), Vancouver (Conference) +200 (4 units to win 8 units), which used 20.8 units of the bankroll. The remaining 3.6 units was insufficient to cover the selection of Vancouver (Stanley Cup) +550 (4 units to win 22 units) and had been disregarded.
